Our electric fireplace quit working several years ago. No matter what, the pilot light wouldn’t stay lit. We had several companies in the area work on it. Even the owner of one of these Topeka businesses tried to fix it himself to no avail. Then last winter, I called Black Gold Inc. They came out, identified the problem, ordered a part, installed it and cleaned the entire fireplace inside and out and it began working like it was brand new! It is great to have it operational again and for a minimal cost. These guys and gals are the best! Hands down winners!
