Insulation / Weatherization Installers & Crew Leaders

Our small, local business continues to grow, and we need quality workers to join our team. Will work on a variety of projects across Kansas in both residential and commercial settings, both new construction and existing structures. 

Training will be provided, but construction experience is a plus. If you’re a dedicated worker who doesn’t mind getting dirty, we want to talk to you!

Major Responsibilities

  • Understand the company’s vision, mission, values, goals, strategies and action plans
  • Installing insulation attics, walls, crawlspaces, etc.
  • Minor carpentry work – must safely be able to use circular and reciprocating saws and other power tools
  • Feeding insulation into machines while keeping truck area clean
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items

Position Requirements

  • Must be a motivated hard worker that can work at a consistent steady speed all day
  • Must be able and willing to fit into tight spaces
  • Must be able to work at heights
  • Must be willing to work in extreme heat and cold
  • Willingness to travel is a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to keep work area clean and organized
  • Must have own basic tools
  • Must be able to work in all elements including extreme hot and cold temperatures, snow, and rain
  • Must be willing to work long hours when necessary
  • Must be able to talk and work at the same time
  • Construction or insulation experience is a plus
